You know the type — the couple that can communicate with just a glance from across the room. The couple that seems to have inside jokes about everything. The ones that everyone gravitates towards in a crowded room because they are just so magnetic — That’s Kylin and Jeremy! We have loved getting to know them (and their gorgeous pooch Lady). Of course, Lady had to be included in their Jungle Gardens Engagement photos!

Avery Island

Avery Island is HUGE. I mean, seriously. There are places that we have yet to explore in all these years of going to Jungle Gardens! Pathways wind through trees and flowers and open to a gorgeous opening lined with bamboo, azaleas, moss-covered trees, or other flowering plants. There are so many! With Lady in tow, we decided to stay near the main paths so that we could let her stay in the car if we needed and also so we could keep an eye on her. Didn’t want her to make friends with any alligators haha! Kylin and Jeremy even brought a sign that Lady wore for some of the photos. We LOVE including dogs in engagement photos!! Oh, and Kylin and Jeremy are pretty great too!

Gardens hold a special place in their heart. Kylin and Jeremy had a vacation planned to Italy. Everyone told her that he would propose, but he put those rumors to rest. What she didn’t know was that Jeremy knew he didn’t want to ever be without her, so he had bought a ring and asked her father! While in Sicily, they wandered off while on a winery tour (to find the gardens!). When Jeremy had her alone, where the flower garden was supposed to be, he got down on one knee and proposed! Of course, she said yes and they went back to tell their friends and family and toast the newly engaged couple.
